From families enquiring about staff, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service required and any details you choose to share about your household — hours, area, and the nature of the role.

From staff seeking placement, we collect identity documents including CNIC, contact details, previous employment references, police verification records and training history. These are necessary to place someone in a private home.

Family information is used to match you with suitable candidates, arrange interviews, and follow up after placement. Staff information is used to verify identity, complete police verification, check references, and share the relevant parts with the family considering them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside a live placement process.

When you interview a candidate, we share that candidate’s verified identity details, work history and verification status with you. When a candidate is put forward, we tell them the general nature of the household — not your full address until a placement is agreed.

We share information with the police only as required to complete verification, and with no other third party except where the law requires it.

Enquiry details are kept for two years so we can help with a replacement or a repeat hire. Staff verification records are kept for as long as the person is available for placement through us, and for two years afterwards. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

This site is a static website. The enquiry form does not store anything on a server — submitting it opens WhatsApp on your own device with the message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send there.

We advertise on Google, and this site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to measure whether those adverts work — for example, whether someone who clicked an advert went on to call or message us. To do that, Google may set cookies in your browser and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed and the advert you came from. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can limit ad personalisation in your Google account's ad settings, or block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

We also count page visits with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles messages under its own privacy terms, which we do not control.
